Civil Engineering

Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment, including works like roads, bridges, canals, dams, and buildings. Earthquake engineering – is speciality dealing with creating buildings and other structures which can withstand the stresses of earthquakes without falling. Coastal engineering – managing the coastal areas of our country, including marshlands.
Coastal engineers create defenses against flooding and erosion.

1) National Certificate (Matric) or its equivalent qualification with a pass in the following subjects:

English Language level 3 (40% above)

Pure Mathematics level 4 (50% above)

Physical Science level 4 (50% above)

2) Have passed minimum of four modules in National certificate N3 with Engineering Science and Mathematics in a recognised institution.

DIRECT ADMISSION INTO:

N5 level: Have successfully passed N4 in the same field of studies.

N6 level: Have successfully passed N5 in the same field of studies.
